Why won't my Internet won't open a certain website?

Well it looks like you've done everything that could've fixed it. If your getting it on other computers there probably something wrong with your browser. Try a new one. like google chrome, or fire fox. I personally like google chrome the best of all my broswers (I have about three). Hope this helps! :-)
