Why are the X-Men and the Hulk anti-military?

I mean those films just portray the military as a villain not a hero. I mean that is just plain stupid our Military is the among the Best in the World. Yet those films even after Bin Laden's death yet the new film X-Men First Cl portray them as evil. Why do they portray them that way?
